RETURNS

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. IF 14 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

REFUNDS

THE POLICY OUTLINED BELOW PERTAINS TO ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.

ANY PACKAGES SW RECEIVES THAT ARE MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" OR "REFUSED" WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND - CUSTOMERS MAY HAVE THE ORDER SHIPPED TO THEM ONE ADDITIONAL TIME OR RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.

SW WILL ONLY GRANT A REFUND FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT ORDERED ONLINE IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:

• CLOTHING MUST BE CLEAN AND UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED - ONCE CLOTHING HAS BEEN WORN AND/OR WASHED IT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

• SW DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING ON RETURNS

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN.

THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED.

NEXT CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.

SW WILL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY OR AN ERROR WAS MADE BY SW.

SW WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN PACKAGES LOST IN THE POST, THEREFORE PLEASE KEEP YOUR POSTAGE RECEIPT AS PROOF OF POSTAGE AND VALUE THE ITEMS AT THE PRICE IN WHICH YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S).
